The Derwent Valley Family and Youth Action Network (DVFaYAN) is a partnership of service providers and support groups within the Valley. It works to create opportunities for connection between local families and young people, and improve collaboration between service providers and community organisations.
New Norfolk Neighbourhood Watch acknowledges the great work being done by Community, Service groups and Government in our region. We are happy to help promote their programs in order to increase participation for the benefit of the people in the Derwent Valley.
The DVF&YAN is action-based and works on addressing current gaps, working on the Derwent Valley Council Community Strategic Plan, and building our community safety net.
