About Maxima - we care, we listen, we deliver

Maxima is a national Specialist Employment Services provider with 69 offices Australia wide. Maxima provides specialised support and assistance to anyone living with a disability, injury or health condition to help them prepare for, find and maintain employment.

We build our service around customers’ needs, goals and strengths – working together with employers to secure the job our customers want, as well as provide on-the-job or off-site employment support.

We are here for jobseekers and employers. If you are looking for work, or an employer looking for new staff - your local Maxima community team is here to help. Please contact us for a chat!

Maxima - a one-stop shop for all of your employment needs.

As well as providing a full range of Specialised Employment Services, Maxima can also assist with other employment requirements, such as:

NDIS Finding and Keeping a Job Employment Support

‘Finding and Keeping a Job’ supports are available to participants of any age who have ‘Finding and Keeping a Job’ on their NDIS Plan.

These supports are designed to build your capacity on the pathway to employment.

Then once in Employment, we provide ongoing support in the workplace. Maxima’s flexible options offer you the chance to explore a range of work experiences and develop employability skills.

Delivering School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)

School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is an early intervention approach for Year 12 school leavers. It’s designed to develop a strategy to help build skills and confidence to support their transition from school to employment.

The NDIS can fund SLES for up to two years, depending on the participant’s circumstances, and can be included in a participant’s NDIS plan.

The aim of SLES is to build a participant’s ability and confidence to work with a Disabilty Employment Service (DES), like Maxima.

Maxima delivers SLES to help young people prepare, look for and gain employment. We work with young people to provide meaningful, individualised capacity building activities so they can achieve their employment goals.
