The Historical Information Centre is open to the public on the last Saturday of each month from 2.00pm to 4.00pm or each Thursday from 2.00pm to 4.00pm.

The centre has the facilities to conduct historical searches including searching burial records and provide clients with written reports.   Displays of historical information, including photographs, are mounted at numerous functions within the Derwent Valley municipality.

Local historical publications are available for purchase from the New Norfolk Newsagency, which is located in High Street, New Norfolk.
